Our role as behavior analysis is to improve the lives of our clients and their families in a socially meaningful way. Some of our services include:
Conduct Indirect/Direct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Functional Analysis. Develop an accurate picture of student’s current learning strengths and needs. Assess an individual child's needs, limitations, and potential, using observation, review of school records, and consultation with parents and school personnel. Provide consultation to parents, teachers, administrators, and others on topics such as learning styles and behavior modification techniques. Promote an understanding of child development and its relationship to learning and behavior. Collaborate with other educational professionals to develop teaching strategies and school programs. Interpret test results and prepare psychological reports for teachers, administrators, and parents. Develop individualized educational plans and Positive Behavior Support Plans in collaboration with teachers and other staff members. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs and other services, such as behavioral management systems. Maintain student records, including special education reports, confidential records, records of services provided, and behavioral data. Design classes and programs to meet the needs of special students.
We also offer training to schools, communities, parents and care givers on behavioral supports and interventions.
We also can provide educational advocacy to families as they work with schools and providers to develop appropriate goals and services for their child's Individual Education Plan, (IEP).
